Closing Down Sale
As you've seen in our socials, I am officially going to cease operations of jMave Guitars. We will be looking to offload our remaining inventory and for ease of browsing, I have consolidated the currently available items here in this page. Here's some FAQ to help answer your queries.
1. How long more will we be operating?
Our business license will lapse in Feb 2026. I will keep the website operational until then.
2. Will you be able to ship these items overseas?
Yes of course. We will be operating as per usual until our closure. As always, our items are brand new and stored professionally.
3. What about returns, warranty, defective items?
This one will be a little tricky. As we are closing, we won't be able to extend warranty to you directly from our shop. However, the manufacturers usually offer warranty directly to you from the purchase date. In the event of a defective item, please contact the manufacturer directly and show the proof of purchase to them. In cases where the manufacturer is no longer operational, do contact us and I will see what we can do.
4. Why are you closing?
My interests have shifted over the years and I felt it was the right time to close this chapter as I embark on new projects next year.
5. Is anyone affected by this closure?
No. I have been strict to ensure that all existing open orders be fulfilled and no new custom orders be taken in as we prepared for this closure.
